Tender Grievances
Note: Instructions related to submission of tender grievances
1. The submission of grievance need to be carried out in the given format.
- 1. In the section original condition in tender document copy and paste the relevant issue as given in tender document
- 2. In the section page no. give the relevant page no; in section clause no. give the relevant clause no.
- 3. In the section describe the change that is required in place of the original condition
- 4. In the section reason/justification for the change provide why the change should happen and how it will benefit the industry as well as the tendering authority.
2. Eligibility to raise the grievance: Membership of SAMA.

- 1. Relevant tender document
- 2. Application on the letterhead of the company
